Don't expect this to get updated since it seems like the dev leaked it bc he is starting a new project.

my text editor can't read the files it's just a bunch of unknown symbols

oh, my bad, I figured it out.
You just put the files in the same folder with the dev loader, then load the config from the menu in the game after insertion.

I don't really know since I don't use it. Since it is pretty old at this point I'd just go with a cheat which is Confirmed to be working.
