[SOLVED]VAC Chaos 2.04 Game Loading Problem!

This the problem i get when trying to Bypass the VAC Ban on my account using VAC Chaos 2.04
The Game simply does not load, even when run as administrator.

I have tried loading the game on two different banned accounts that have MW2 and Restarting steam and VAC Chaos, several times.
Anyone know whats wrong?

Try all of this:

- Right click on MW2 (in steam libary) select properties, go to "LOCAL FILES", and click on "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE.."

- Right click on MW2 (in steam libary) select properties, go to "LOCAL FILES", click on "DEFRAGMENT CACHE FILES"

- Run Vac chaos AND steam in admin mode.

- Download 2.10 version of vac chaos. It's at their site (not gonna advertise, use google)

- Delete all files (NOT MAPS!) in "X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\mw2" (once again, DO NOT DELETE THE MAPS LIKE MAIN AND ZONE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DOWNLOAD 11 GIGABYTES!)

- Redownload vac chaos.

Thanks dude for your help. i got it to work. Had to run steam as Admin.
But i registered on (outside link removed) to download version 2.10. and it wont let me download attachment?
