M416, Mp5, M4a1 Rapid Fire?

I think someone should make rapid fire mods for the M416, Mp5, and M4A1. I did a quick search, couldn't find squat. I think the guns with the least recoil in the game would make the best rapid fire mods.. yet no one has made them?

Never searched, but somehow I doubt a rapid fire M16A3 has been made either..
Props to the first ones who make them.

Searched. Found nothing. Doesn't help that that search bar doesn't allow words three letters or less... Anyways, I'm gonna be making an all AR to Rapid Fire 40 or 50, and an all SMG to Rapid Fire 30 or 40.

Ok. I learnt how to create rapid fire gun, but whatever hex value (1-99) I use I still get a ridiculously fast outcome. I set it to 1 then 99 and both we're blistering fast... Very confused now.. Anyone know why this is?
