MOTW #7 Theme Suggestions?

My windows machine cannot handle 3D editing.

Can I model on my MBP, export the file to 3ds or whatever and then just get it down to .LTB in windows? Or must I do everything in windows.

we need to do ltb editting b/c nobody does it only a few people does and that will b the next type of modding

There's a limit to Ltb editing, there's almost no limit to creating textures.
