Wooow, you really think thats all they're looking for kid? Teams in the past have all been picked of skill, and All have failed. They're looking for people who contribute, and they know who will set a good example, regardless ability is important but it's not all their looking for. Keep believing everything you read.

Don't be suprised man, they are trying to clean this section up for good, something they've been trying to do since RJ quit as head of GFX. I'm guessing they'll take your opinions, but Liz will get the final say in anything, possibly Dave if he can be bothered. Anything can change.

Because I'm gonna build the GFX team from scratch. Maybe my hints were not enough, but I got green light, so im building this place up to not only do the usual GFX things, but also supply any needs Dave, or the site might have. I've spoken to Shayne about this, and he has a large hint as to what will happen, but nothing its gonna be left untouched.
