Theres plenty of helpful tutorials that'll help you create your own textures and mods, please take a look at them.

You haven't specificed which mod you are haven't troubles in getting....
If you need help creating mods, find a tutorial in the GSC Modding or maybe the Tutorials section. It can also help if you learn the very BASICS of C, C# or C++ because that's what GSCs are based on.
