Sam posted a proxy program awhile ago that worked for IP bans on CA. Might ask him about it.

Go check your Combat Arms resource list there is an IP changer.

Thats why you need a shotgun to shoot the nexon owners.

kill everyone in nexon and then control the server yourself
and combat arms will be hackable forever ! xD
