Call of duty Mw2 MatchMaking

Hello i have been playing CoD mw2 without any problems at all and it was taking just a few seconds to join a game. 2-3 weeks ago i downloaded something called liberation just to test it out i did test it then deleted it and went to sleep when i came back next day and wanted to play i did as i allways did but it didnt find a game for me it could take from 30min-2 hours to find a game and usually someone called Matched Players joins in any idea what the heck this it?. sry for my bad english. I have never hacked or cheated if that means something. I have reinstalled the game it didnt work i have made my nat type open to strict and back didnt work either i have deleted the full game and steam and reinstalled steam and the game and deleted all files within the game and it didnt work either please help!!

if u use mw2 steam just reinstall it, try opening ports etc

I suck at using any computer stuff or anything and how do you open ports
