No tutorials for that as far as I'm aware. You'd need to get into a mentoring class if you want to learn quickly how to do that. Otherwise you'll just have to practise with the pentool and gradients.
My advise to you is spend time working on single element at a time. So spend a while making a sphere look good, then spend a while making a ribbon look good. Then from the you just copy and paste.

The coloring/shading just looks like a circle with a white shape on top of it with lowered opacity.

Just experiment with different ideas and concepts. Even if you don't get the right outcome, you might learn something.

And it's not as simple as drawing and painting. It's all about the pentool which is nothing like that. Master the pentool then you can attempt things like this.
I hate the pentool.

i have basic highlights (like the reflections in your eyes, that i think) so just experiment with different things
