NA mods for EU

So i was wondering,

Is it possible that for example i take a .rez chams mod made for combat arms NA and use it for combat arms EU?
or is it that the files of both games are so different that it does not work?

a few months ago i downloaded also the US client, and almost 95% files are the same
And yes chams work for every version

Both versions are the same game, there's no difference between them. So you can use mods in all versions.
