why i don't get coupons when i open crates

i opened about 20 BM gp cartes and i never get coupons ??? why ?
is it isn't from crates ?????

Zp crates give lots of coupons, I opened a total of 20 crates i got 17 coupons.

i got 100 coupons in 80 crates
