How to get SOME of the pre-Titan hacks working
So with the new Titanic Shift update on April 19, 2011 Nexon apparently shut down all means of hacking. One thing you should know is to always have faith in the extents at which Nexon can fail. With that said, here are some of the things that were 'fixed':
Hack Shield Downgrading
Hell Demon's (Old) Console Detected
Damage and Godmode Hacks Patched
Almost everything else is still working, it's just a little trickier now
Here's how to get the old commands working:
A very good ALTERNATIVE to this method is the permanent bind option by Doeetright

Remember, if you try to use any of the patched hacks, you WILL disconnect. It's best not to even bind them!
Oh and NEVER send in an error report if your client crashes!
NOTE: Now that we have some of the stuff working at least, can you guys please stop being such dumb asses. Stop using the hacks in public. When you use these hacks, nobody should know about it, nobody should see it or hear about it. Hell Demon has already said that he won't be releasing a public hack anymore (and for good measure too), so you guys are lucky that even this much stuff is still working. The more you use it publicly, the more commands will be patched. Be smart about it. You'll be helping yourself.

I was considering taking down this guide entirely, since Hell Demon has released a new console, and out of respect for him choosing to privatize his new console, I was thinking about removing the other method (this one), but I've come to the conclusion that it makes no difference. Hell Demon's console is going to still be a much better alternative to this because it isn't detected, and the fact remains that this method can still be patched because its public, while Hell Demon will probably just put out another release for his VIPs.

1) Make a backup of the new 'HShield' Folder
2) Replace the new HShield folder with the old one
3) Launch the game through the Vindictus folder, not from the site
4) Now before logging in, while at the starting boat screen, launch Hell Demon's Console
5) Bind whatever hacks you want to use (Make sure they work, ask for confirmation on the forums)
6) Close the console and the client
7) Now remove the old HShield folder, and place your backup of the new one back in the Vindictus folder
8) Launch the game
9) Happy hacking

Edit: I'm removing the list of commands because of QQ'ing ******s over at Nexon that probably couldn't get the hacks to work, so they started to cry. If you want a lits of commands, just look around the forum, you can find them easily.

Credits: I take no credit at all for any of this, credits go to Hell Demon for making the console which is still working nicely atleast enough to permanently bind keys. Other credits go to the MPGH community for providing so many resources at hand.

Also thanks for the instructions on how to get this working es0terik. :]
It's a shame a lot of the fun stuff was patched but at least stuff works (that and that the next ones will be private, even if most people don't get it at least these will stay open.)

*A nice alternative that I've been using to the damage hack is to use "cc_change_figure_height 0.1" to become tiny, and then spam "cc_set_sub_weapon javelin_lvl2 999" (Fine Spears) to kill most bosses. It takes a lot longer than 1HKO, but it's still effective.

so it seems most, if not ALL commands with _ratio_ and _damage_ have stopped working
Vindictus is shutting down for unscheduled maintenance...hmmm. Wonder if it's just technical difficulties (i.e. the lag I've been experiencing) or more hax fixin.
