I was surprised to be met by a karok and the ever lovely OP Staff Evie when I got to the 41st level. I was able to run for a bit until the evie used that attack which spawns what looks like multiple magic arrows which follow you [yes I have no idea what that attack is called].

check around the forums. there's been a few mentions of a semi-godmode, i've mentioned it a few times discovered it a few days ago, use it when i do labs it's helpful ^^
