    Hand Strength

    Whats a good way to improve my hand strength / stamina?
    Not for jacking / fingering purposes, but for typing,
    I can only type, like straight 'fast' typing, for lika good 20min,
    but ppl say i have a strong grip, so i dunno...

    I heard squeezing a bowl of dry rice was good,
    thats what my neighbor did, ideas?
