Need Help with 3Ds Max plugins for L T A export! Making Ballistic Knife!

Guys i need help with 3Ds Max... I got Tron tools and it has the plugins in it for 3Ds Max to export into L T A for model edit. But! How do i make them work?!? If i can export it i will finnaly be able to make this epic mod.

Anyhow i don't think that there are those sort of plugins for 3ds max..Only for blender i think..

The plugins that come with the Tron Tools are for 3DS Max 3/4/5. They will not work with newer versions.

The newest 3ds max u can use that's comparable with l t a export would be 3ds max 7. I have it, maybe tonight ill look into making the knife, will take me 10ish minutes

I have 3.78 gigs in animated model files, I have all plugins and a cracked 3ds max 7...garuntee u don't have anything I want lmfao


And just to let you know, u don't just put the plugins in a folder and it works....u need to install them through 3ds max

lol, all u did is find a model file and opened it, u either need to find one with animations or make it urself

@sazzad123 no shit and @supercarz1991 i have done 4 hours of non stop googling. Can anyone send me a download of a working 3ds max or blender, that works with tron tools plugins.

I downloaded it and i went to plugin manger and try to load it and it failed, i try simply putting the plugins into stdplugin folder, that failed too. What else is there to do?

u sure u have the 2007 version, if that doesnt work, get blender, get the export plugin and it should work

I tried Blender, is there an older version that might work? Is the plugin called lta_export.py?
