New xbox360 or black ops hardened eddition?

Ok i have an old xBox360 with no hard drive. (so i have to use a memory card thing) So my question to you is; should i buy This? or this?

I want the xBox360 because of the free headset and its refurbished by microsoft(NOT GAMESTOP!)and a 90 day warranty And well,everything that you need to plug it in. AND FINALY A HARD DRIVE! no need for any memory cards...

But i do want Black ops hardened because of the extra maps but i think its kind of a waste of money as i have the standard black ops.....But ill do a trade in...

What do you think i should buy?

New Xbox 360 What The Point Of Having The Hardened Edition. The new xbox would be better because it turns off when it gets too hot but the old one just gets red rings.

I don't see the point of buying an old Xbox 360 with a 20 GB hard drive. That is 3 games, 4 if you are lucky.
And you shouldn't buy Black Ops 3 months before MW3 release.

So just don't buy anything
