I used to play this game almost as an addiction a while back...and stopped playing because I got occupied with other things. I since have heard this game has took a turn for the better, and am curious what all I missed (I read the main page herdur...) and by that I mean, new things to watch out for while hacking (IE: Now anti-hack stuff), the new big releases, and most importantly...what happened to all the HFS hacks...

Just so you know - I left right when bots where starting to come into action.

HFS hacks are detected now, not just a checksum, it checks the hfs's for differences. @Fovea and others are working on a Good Stuff Lite that works with hacks other than visual mods. There is also a new record system that records your runs, so you might wanna play it safe by waiting at the end of runs. Supposedly removing NMService.exe stops the records from being recorded, but I haven't seen any solid proof. The new big releases have been various commands that have been released, you can find them all in Pie's thread and above all, Hell Demon and Nicdel's dll that gives you godmode and 0hko. Also, Nunya released a botting program that doesn't require hfs edits, it uses Pie's binds and Hell Demon/Nicdel's release. We also have a new msn group that most of the contributors for the Vindictus section are in, you can find more information about that group in the contributor's group thread.

Also, some commands have been removed, check my post and Pie's binding thread for more information.

One more question...a while back there used to be a command that increased the range of bombs...from like their normal radius to 999....does that one still exist/work? Will save me the time of going through commands

Ahh k...that command was fun and nice for mining ores in the caverns.

Using OHK2 and the dk tentacle skill, you can quickly clear out a lot of objects. It may not help you with mining ores, but it makes getting map drops a hell of a lot easier and quicker.

Ahh did not think of that..thanks for the info...for mining all you gotta do is use the command for bombs and look out for minable sources
