    What is the best time to open Kalika Cases?

    So nexon decided to bring Kalika Cases back for a bit. Now I want to know when is the best time to open them, because I hear people saying that 15 mins before or after each hour it's the best time, is that true?

    I wouldn't even buy one.
    Bought one, got 1 day recon, 90 day PSG1, and some other 7 day shit that is 90% worthless to me. I never buy cases/crates.
