but no one wanted to be famous 2000 years ago, it was quite foolish because the roman catholic church would dig dirt on you, and then peg you to something that you most likely didnt even do so that you could be executed.

Well a god in my personal opinion would be a rank of power. Its always been "he is a god because he can do _________" therefore God must posses the power to do _______.

If a being could create a world or so, he would therefore be labeled a "god" by
humans definition.

A being with such unimaginable powers has always been the basis of god-theory and its safe to say that if a being created this universe, the title of god would be his.
(that is, if the universe was created by a being with a purpose).

The problem with religion is that they go waaaaaay out of their way to explain either some random bullshit(greek), control a population(jews), or to just outright be profitable.(christians, muslims, mormons, scientology).

Often times the population does the exact opposite of what its religious text teaches and justifies this with the same text.

God doesn't exist, do you really think he created quantum physics or a way for people to not believe in him. Also people made up this 'god' because they need someone higher than themselves to tell them what to do right or wrong, because they are just too dumb to do it themselves, also people who follow god's will never really do. Do you see people never getting mad at someone or respecting everyone around them all the time, or never getting jealous. To add to that the popes throughout history have been incredibly corrupt, and never follows god's will.
