Mw2 texture mod question

So I want to make my enemies, allies, explosives, and equipment colored. I want to remove the HUD blood and weathered effects, how do I do this without getting rid of foliage? I've tried the Texture Hack V1.6 by War3zdude92 and I do EVERYTHING correctly, but I get this:

Its an issue with the installer. You are going to have to manually install all the files.

Yep, go to 1.6.zip and extract it, and just manually install the files
