    yea... uhm moto.... your gonna have to practice.. even before you start weight training.. just do as many endurance excersizes as you can get... pushups.. situps.. crunches.. plyometrics.. butt lifts... squats.... idk about your school... but our school has one of the most intence weight training classes of the entire county..... if you dont feel like doing any work at all.. then weight training isnt for you... also... only eat the healthy stuff.. stay away from fried stuff and bread and cake and sh%$.... go for you the good ole grilled stuff.. the things that are natural... start building a good nutrition now.. so that you dont have a hard time adjusting to it during your weight training class

    I do some situps/pushups every morning. As well as some front squats, and every other day, some weight lifting.
    And then run a mile.
    I don't run every morning, but I try to.

    Find something heavy, curl it until you cant anymore. Take the amount of reps you did and cut it in half. Now do three sets of that many reps until you can do more. Find heavier object, repeat.
