What is the best botting method that has no req? Like I could just make a junk acc and bam start botting and make easy $$$?

I believe it's around 70K/HR, no requirements of course which is a pro. You could also try collecting Anti-Dragon Shields, or grab some Zamorak Wines!

mhm waterjugs dropped over the last month, you aren't going to get anywhere past 50k/hr in f2p with no reqs... so don't expect much

with very good (IMHO) gear I'm killing roach soldiers for like 57k/hr + combat exp. But I'm at 108, with full dragon and a unique weapon set, that kills them very effectively. That has req's sadly. mining is not bad but you gotta get up high enough to mine worthwhile stuff.
