You can't download cuz it's not released yet
30.8 Starts the closed beta then u can download CF EU.
But at first u need a Beta Key.

@mrkiller2012 yes you will be able to play if you get cf from a cd. with the key you dont only can download cfeu but you also activate your acc for the closed beta.. and i dont think you can play in usa..
