İ Watch very tutorial videos but in all videos the codind text start automatic with puplic class or private sub and the end are end sub but in my 2010express visual c++ it not look to fotos:

Dude, you are watching visual basic tutorials and you are coding in visual c++. They are two different languages. You either need to create new project in visual studio that targets visual basic or you need to learn and code in visual c++.
