Can I bot at high level battle quests without a high level account?

Due to the restrictions that are put into place by this little thing called COMMON SENSE we have to conform to the general idea that a LEVEL 50 DUNGEON THAT UNLOCKS AT LEVEL 50 WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO BE LEVEL 50.

Well, this Is a help section after all. Although the question was a dumb one, you should still have the patience to answer the question.

Common sense would inform you that a level 60 dungeon that unlocks at level 60 requires you to be level 60. Why would you even THINK there is a way around that when it has a level requirement?
You can sit here and try to justify it all you want, the bottom line is that it was an ignorant question, and truthfully they're lucky they got an answer instead of just a bunch of people going ROFLMAO LOL OMFG ICANHAZCHEEZEBURGER
