Ill look around on my computer i remotely remember making a c++ memory hack which would change you're visible name constantly making you harder to kick it was patched but the constant value change may still work.

no it won't help.
changing a name is clientside unless you resend the connection packet.
and kicking is not based on name when it's done serverside.
