how to find array of bytes =-/

ive been trying to weapon mod for a while but i quit pb to play CB and rez mod its fun but its annoying that i really doesent make a difference. Im wondering if anyone can teach me how to get the array of bytes for weapons so i can edit the stacks. you dont have to tell me the bytes just explain how to find them
