Helphow to find array of bytes =-/

ive been trying to weapon mod for a while but i quit pb to play CB and rez mod its fun but its annoying that i really doesent make a difference. Im wondering if anyone can teach me how to get the array of bytes for weapons so i can edit the stacks. you dont have to tell me the bytes just explain how to find them

Im Pretty sure no one will teach you how to search Array of Bytes value because then if SG Interactive see this they will change every weapon's value and i won't search these values again ^^
This will take some hours to found it
