Yeah so its my second attempt actually, This time i followed a video tutorial which actually helped me learn some stuff on photoshop. The tutorial i followed is this : [ Ty megashoeshop ]

And the result i have produced is this :

I wasn't able to find good stocks , And the water splash stocks cost money so i tried my best with the one i could get for free. The original image was this :

Please tell me some ways i could do better, and do direct me to the mistakes in the picture i have made. Thanks <3 .

I think it looks sweet!

texture on water splash looks ugly as fuck, try some opacity/fill brushing instead all that shit, text could be a little smaller.
Also that shit in the top right corner could be smaller c:
