how do u know if ur account is banned Perm ? my account was block,but no date or time

so after i purchase ZP to my main account, i try to log on n get some crates try my luck.
i was playing the same account on same pc yesterday with no problem.. no hack nothing.

but today after i logged on said hack tool detected, than force to close client, i colose my anti virus n pc protecting thingy, than relog , said samething, than again it' said my account was currently block. but no day or time?

i log on z8 web, it's only tells me account was currently block, please contact support. thank you.

It is probably going to be unbanned soon, maybe a week or so. If it's perm ban it would say that

I think you need to end your process and reinstall Crossfire

I'm having the same problem, maybe try posting in on the z8games forum in Technical Support the will have an answer for you. Mine is the same i got client eroor then banned it also has no time or date when it will be unbanned.

It could be a permanent ban - as they don't show the date or time when you log onto the site and receive the message.

But if it was just a client error that got you banned, then send them a support ticket saying you didn't hack / you were wrongfully banned. It happened to me once and they unbanned me after a day - as well they apologized for the inconvenience.

Go from there, good luck.
