BF3 Instant kill working on punkbuster servers?

if i get PB banned then i can't play on any servers?

Depends on the ban.
Dice has been doing some perm bans on their website so that your account wont be able to log in.
Then there is the PB ban will it only bans you from pb servers.
If i was you and wanted to hack i would buy a VIP as it is the least likely to get ban with.

Why why why why WHY would you want to do that? I seriously don't get you people. Why use a hack on a PB server if there are ranked non-PB servers? Why take this unnecessary risk?

i would like to know cuz i cant find non-pb servers with more than 4 players in! you just get busted too fast! plz send link to non-pb server with more than 8 in!

You only ever get full 64 player servers if they are PB, so 32 kills will get you to where you want much faster than 6 kills or w/e, even if you only do it once then get kicked banned, just go to another and do it.

tl;dr, faster

Use the hack smart, don't be an idiot and obviously spam it. Use it at the end of the game, right before it ends. Not enough time to ban you, and you get all the kills.
