There are no REAL private servers...Well you can make one yourself, but it can only be offline with only you playing it.

yeh im trying to hook up hacks for my lil cuz whos like 10 and he luvs runescape but theres to many full games so i wana find a private server.yeh could u make 1 or somthin ppl
