Runescape Private Server

I got the server files but the thing is that. i can't hosts it because my connection stinks - 126 kbps so its most likely not going to happen.

if someone is interested. he/she can create a runescape private server.
just go to a forum (can i posts the link?) and download the stuffves there or if you have it yourself. it would be better
