WTB LoL lvl 30 Account

Hey guys my main just got permabanned, RUSKITHUNDER, if you want to look it up. Had a bunch of champs and 10+ rune pages.

So im looking for a new account,

-Must have many champions, missing only a few.
-Must be above 1400 elo, can be 1350+ i can work my way up there, or unranked alltogether
-Should have an adequate amount of rune pages, 5-6+
-Don't care about skins, just care that you have many champions and runes+pages.

Looking in the price range of 30-40 dollars.
Will throw in my BF3 Origin Account to even out price when we negotiate.
