I'm pretty sure this might be able to be done via Tamperdata, and Paypal; but if they look at their records, and they see a membership that costs $X and you used tamperdata to get that for only $0.1.. your bank account, or credit card is attached to your PayPal, and with that attachment, your information. so you could be easily charged with fraud.
