minecraft server help

Every time i try to Port Forward it doesn't work so i check if it was open but it isn't
it need help please

Call your ISP and ask how to can unlock ports. I'm guessing your modem is stopping ports from being opened.

Also, list your router and what steps you took to port forward.

ok i first made my ip static then type in my static ip then type the the port that i what to port which is 25565 then i did the UDP TCP after that i went to Open Port Check Tool to check the port and it not open
