People who are a part of this section don't care for hacks, people who came from external sections to participate did want hacks, but not enough people who actually had some creativity or appeal. Without CF VIP the popularity of SOTW just halved.
We should have SOTW Winner ranks for 1 month or so, or designer ranks, or name colors.
