Regarding Rival Factions Ribbon a

There is a current issue with the Rival Factions Ribbon.

If you attempt to join a Rival Faction side, it will likely automatically put you in GR. And then it may not give you the ribbon.

We are fully aware of these issues at the moment and are working to restore both new Rival Factions Missions, Stories and the ribbon problem, and of course the ability to join a side!

Yeah, you could. Even though it's closed you can still join either side and get the ribbon, after it closed I thought it was too late but then I just tried and I got the ribbon

Just ask your clan if you can leave for a minute so you can get your ribbon and then join back, that's what I did.
