[1.09.02] Visitor Skill Packets

Alright, so I'm not entirely sure on what this does, but apparently it's been called a "damage hack". It basically adds the "Visitor Skills" to your key layout by sending a packet, which should have really high damage.

So, you merely need to send this packet:
Then either change channels or go to the cash shop. Then you should have the visitor skills on your skill macros or your keyboard layout or... something of that nature. Let me know how that works out for you guys -- if anyone tests and figures it out, please explain anything I'm missing. Credits go to yingrox/WrongDeal, apparently.
