Does a private server allow people who torrent the game to play? Could this be implemented? Something like alteriwnet did for MW2?

Of course it is. People can already hack on any server. The only issue is getting caught that you should be worrying about.

Im not sure a crack will be introduced, its like cracking WoW, it can't be done. The only chance is a server emulator I realized or you can buy it. Or wait 30 days after the release date for free starter editions
