Simple Chams Help Needed Plz.

ok so ive installed evrything like 100diff ways like every1 says,dont kno which is correct anymore,
ok but where ever i put the simplechams.exe,no matter where i put it,i double click it and it closes by itself after a few seconds,and left with dat spam website dat pops up,
im running windows xp,,,,,,can any1 help me please and other who are having this problem??
