I do not know, how in EU CF, but in RU CF now it is impossible inject for dll by means of any mlang, DWrite, HID, sxs (and other directx libraries). Also your dll cannot work, if there will be CreateThread or LoadLibrary. All this can pass soon and to your localization)))
