I have played alot of games trying to enjoy them but after a period of time I try to lag, HARD like not ping lag but if I move it's laggy and I can't move..If you have ever played Crossfire and your FPS is 10 that's how it is..I'm trying to join the Skype nights but i'm afraid it will lag infact I know it will lag..I can run it (I've checked the website "https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/") and it says I can run it but when I go into game a lag extremely hard I can't play any games on my computer Win7 64-bit

Please help me.

I would also recommend you that you get some more up to date ram at 400Mhz it's hard not to lag

It's standard dual channel 800MHz ram. 1066MHz ddr2 ram not only costs way more, but offers barely any improvement.

ahh sorrry forgot that he has to change out his motherboard to run ddr3 ram
