as you can see the overlay works but the actual esp doesn't - it doesn't work at all. I have the game in windowed mode and I have aero enabled.

-windowed + -noborder (Start Parameter) ??!! go steam , right click on TF2 /Proberties / Start Settings/ enter -windowed -noborder press "ok"

Start Hack, Start Game & finally you gonna see ESP Boxes

you need to use this start parameters: -windowed -noborder

I did. That picture I just showed you is the launch options, and that's -windowed -noborder in TF2's launch options. It's the 'start parameters'.

I have two monitors, could that be the problem?

1. We Go to Steam / Right Click at TF2 / Proberties/ Startoption (there we write this -windowed -noborder & press ok)
2. We start the Hack
3. We start the Game
4. Done
