The Joker's and Tom Waits's speaking mannerisms and body language seem similar to me,but that's just what I notice at least.

Now that I've seen the video, that guy is odd as fuck. That whole interview was, super odd and seemed forced. I see the where Heath Ledger got it though. His performance wasn't as odd, but I do see where it came from.
