In the first video near the end you can see bella jump is this only on the test server or are they planning to implant that in season 2?

Actually we do know the changes to Lann, they've mostly gone live already. Sword Lann has an impressive boost in all-around dps (and is significantly less affected by hit delay) Pummel Storm and DC still best moves but far improved. Slip Dash movement range greatly increased. Spear Lann has a slightly less impressive boost in dps, and now has invinc frames in his evade.
Vella is not going to replace Lann. She make look flashier and have tits and ass, but as far as damage whoring goes, she will not approach Lann's level (afaik her three hit gliding fury looking thing does less damage than dc+gf).
