0/10, the program didnt even close the processes it created when I closed it, so I had about 60-100 instances of the same fucking program when I only opened it twice, let alone it not working because the request times out

To close the program just re-login.

If it's hosted by fragnet, etc. Then it won't crash.
They have too good internet unless you have 1gb/s

I think this is a fake. Like OMG, I can DoS better with the same command under command prompt, except I will do 65500 bytes instead of 10000.

ping *ip* -t -l 65500

Stick to LOIC, it'll do better.
