HELP HELP HELP : some server in mw2 hacked !

hello guys
i have big problem!
some server in Iran was hacked! in the morning servers become like before hack and in the afternoon hackers hack it!
the hackers change name off server , admin of server , member and some other information about server!
but i know one of the hackers! he is my friend! i know he has not any information about hacking and vps! but he hacked server !
how does he do ?
is there any way? is there any hack for it ?
plz help!

why the hell would you want to hack a server?

i just want to know how do they do.
is there any way to find XUID of admin in game? if i am not host.

Well, basically, most people uses "MW2 Liberation" to hack servers. (The bad part is that you must be a host of the server, which they have they're technique of it.) If I want to find out who is the host, I basically load my MW2 with my MW2 Liberation, and just play a normal game without modding, and press F1 and see the host. Even if I am not the host.
