Whites have been open to education for a drastically longer period of time, leading to the invention of weapons etc. I'm pretty sure that give enough time, other races would have invented such things. Also as a note, china first invented gunpowder which was then used to create the first musket type weapon called the chinese fire lance(invented by the chinese). OPs argument depends on ethical views on drugs/prostitutes etc but is still completely invalid. The stereotype of the black as a race is built upon statistics. Here's one: 1976 - 2005, blacks were responsible for ~50% of all homicide cases, whites being responsible for only ~5%. I'm not saying that this gives a complete overview of the entire situation, but it's safe to say that if everything else follows this pattern, that's sure to be the problem.

To answer the question: the human populace as a whole fucked up the world. And by assuming that it is any one race that did fuck the world up, you're fucking it up just a little bit more.

I would have to say it has more to do with all of the races than just white people.
Guns where made for a form of protection, not to use to kill for fun.
I would rather fight in war where you don't lose most people than in a war where over most of the people die due to getting hit with swords and shields.

This conversation, or "debate", can turn any corner if you make it. It's all related to how you look at and how you interpret the information at hand. Also, remember that everyone's view is defined by their culture, race (not being racist, but a white person tends to have atleast little pride as well as any other race), and upbringing. This whole debate is pretty much invalid. The only part not COMPLETELY invalid is the debate on the presidents. Nothing can be pinned to a race, but a person. It doesn't matter how something is created or its intention of use. It only matters what we, as individuals not races, do with what we are given. Take a second to think about it.
