Got banned, but can I rebuy on same Steam account?

I got global banned. I use DayZ Commander, and Six Launcher. Can I just buy OA on the Steam account I use for all of my games(and got banned with), and just uninstalll the recent one I have, purchase another OA, and then I should be set again?

It's a inconvenience to go to my other Steam account for one game. Thanks.

Nope, you need a new account. Just gift it to your other one, log into it, and run the game. The whole process takes 5 minutes tops.

No. Just make sure to log in to the correct account.

Also:
Don't run arma/dayz through your steam(with banned game)
You can still keep logged in on your original steam, then you just need to use Betalauncher shortcut or Dayzcommander/sixLauncher to launch the game!
